** OAR or BED **

"What are you crapping about?" I know that majority of you who are reading this will have that question running in your mind. Don't worry, I'm still sane, so go on reading before deciding whether it is a piece of crap or a piece of treasure.

This is basically a valuable knowledge that I obtained from my company training. So, I would like to share it with all so I'm posting it here. So, I'm not the owner of this idea it is just a piece of information that I learned from a training session provided by Action Coach to the newcomers of the company. So the idea is solely theirs.

To cut things short 'OAR' and 'BED' is basically abreviations each representing three type of attitude which could be adapted in life. If you adapt OAR then you can row your boat of life to any destination or direction you like. And if you decide to adapt BED then you can sleep through out your life without any progress or change till heaven calls.

So again the choice is yours, some think it is possible for them to change from BED to OAR. But we still have some who think it is impossible and there is no use. I can help you to identify the medicine for your ailment but I can force you to drink it. So I'm sharing it with you but I can't force you to change it is up to your perception I would say.

O - Ownership
A - Accountability
R - Responsibility

OAR Explanation:

Take ownership on what ever you do, let it be just a normal routine or a task that will change your whole life. Make sure that you are accountable to all the incidents or changes that occur in your life do not make others be accountable to what occurs in your life. It is your life so you are responsible to either build it to great heights or destroy it. If you already do then you already rowing your own life boat to your desired destination.

B - Blame
E - Excuses
D - Denial

BED Explanation:

If you blame others for what ever incident that occurs in your life, let it be small or big then you are in this category. If you want to win you should stop giving excuses for shortcomings and start taking the responsibility for the shortcomings and change the factors leading to this shortcomings. Are you living in Denial and not accepting the situation which you are currently are eventhough it is crystal clear to all? If you are commiting all the above actions then you are still sleeping in your sweet bed.

Now it is up to you to grab the oar. Once you grab the OAR then you can start rowing your boat to your desired destination. But if you decide to sleep then no one can wake you; as you deny to be awaken.

THE CHOICE IS YOURS !! IT IS YOUR LIFE !
